🛫 Indigo Airlines Update:
Indigo also gave a travel update. It said that airside congestion (too many flights at once) is still causing delays. They asked travelers to plan ahead and expect some delays in arrivals, departures, and ground services.
🚧 Other Problems in Delhi:
- The heavy rain caused waterlogging in many areas like Moti Bagh, Minto Road, and near Terminal 1 of the airport.
- Trees fell on Akbar Road, and teams were sent to clear the area.
⚠️ Red Alert Issued:
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has given a red alert for Delhi and nearby areas.
They warned of:
- Strong thunderstorms
- High-speed winds
- Heavy rain
- Lightning
People are advised to stay alert and take safety precautions.
